Electric Boat Employees’ Community Services Association (EBECSA)


Helping people—it’s what we do.

ECSA is all employees who contribute to "Electric Boat Employees' Community Services Association".

The Employees' Community Services Association collects funds through employee payroll deduction which are carefully allocated to the United Way and various other charitable groups located throughout Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. Emergency loans and assistance are also available to Electric Boat contributing employees who incur a serious catastrophic event.

Electric Boat Management Association (EBMA)

The EBMA is a professional society with membership open to all EB salaried personnel dedicated to the management development of its members.   In addition to fostering the professional growth of its members, the EBMA provides networking opportunities through associated social activities, along with other benefits to its members and their families.

Women in Defense (WID)

The Women in Defense - New England Shoreline Chapter mission is all about cultivating and supporting the advancement and recognition of women in all aspects of national security. Women In Defense (WID), is a National Security Organization, and is affiliated with National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), which represents all facets of the defense and technology industrial base and serves all military services. This affiliation gives WID members a source for defense industry information, increased networking opportunities and professional contacts, and an expanded scope of informative programs. Members of this non-profit professional organization, (including both men and women), have careers related to the defense of the United States and national security.
