Electric Boat encourages and supports employees wishing to improve their performance and/or advance their Electric Boat careers through the pursuit of business appropriate undergraduate, graduate and doctoral degree programs through our Tuition Assistance Program. The amount of eligible reimbursement is based upon time of service.
