CuNi 70/30 Casting Suppliers Approved to Perform Supplemental Testing Requirements for Fittings Procured in Accordance with MIL-C-20159, or ASTM-B369 and Standard Clause 10-133
The quality and operational systems for a number of 70/30 CuNi casting suppliers have been evaluated and audited jointly by Electric Boat and Northrup Grumman Newport News for compliance capability with foundry operations and the 70/30 CuNi supplemental testing requirements. Evaluation concluded that the following casting suppliers are capable of performing the supplemental testing required in the standard clause for Fittings. These foundries may be employed without obtaining the further approvals required in the Standard Clause 10-133 for casting 70/30 CuNi Fittings.
