IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL SUPPLIERS Regarding Non-Conformances Affecting Previously Accepted / Delivered Hardware |

Immediate verbal notice and subsequent written notification to the Buyer is required in the event non-conformities or latent defects are discovered after delivery and acceptance of hardware supplied by your Company to Electric Boat. This written Letter of Advisement shall be in sufficient detail to enable timely action to preclude adverse impact on ship or personnel safety or equipment performance. In addition, the following individuals below shall also be notified immediately:
