Working in Arrangements Design

Draftspersons working in arrangements are responsible for locating components for such compartments as reactor plant and weapon spaces, living areas and galleys. A position in arrangements offers you the challenge of fitting all the pieces of a vary large puzzle into the confined spaces of a nuclear submarine. Arrangement designers work with all major disciplines and use interactive CAD technology and full scale mockups while drawing on knowledge of accessibility and maintainability to produce a product that is functional Naval vessel.
